目前在CAS.注冊的化學品種類達9000 多萬種，并以每天1 萬種增長，化學品的使用已經影響到生活中的方方面面，而由于化學品造成的安全事故、環境污染和健康損害的事故頻頻發生，尤其是隨著《危險化學品安全管理條例》的頒布實施，化學品管理日益受到重視。本課程旨在幫助學員了解化學品的特性，掌握采購、運輸、貯存、現場使用、廢棄等個環節的安全、健康和環境關注事項，幫助學員建立化學品管理制度及化學品事故應急處置機制，確保法律合規及避免環境安全事故和人員傷害。

The use of chemicals has affected every aspect of life, which frequently caused chemical accidents, environmental pollution and health damage accidents, especially with the promulgation and the implementation of Regulations on the Safety Administration of Dangerous Chemicals, chemicals management has received more and more attention. The purpose of this course is to help students to understand the characteristics of chemical, grasp the procurement, transportation, storage, field use, waste and other aspects of safety, health and environmental concerns, help students to establish chemical management system and the chemical accident emergency management mechanism, ensure legal compliance and prevent environmental accidents and injuries.
